Medical Clinic
The M.A.S.H. team has been performing surgeries for the past few years now in Chinandega, Nicaragua. In October they will come to Tecolostote and perform their surgeries in the new Boaco hospital (about 45 minutes from Tecolostote.)  They perform gal bladder, hernia, and many other types of surgeries. Mision Hispana has been translating for them for the past couple years now.  Please support their efforts through prayer as they offer free surgery to those who are in desperate need of it.
