Here's what one recent intern had to say...

"If you are considering visiting Misión Hispana in Nicaragua, don’t hesitate, buy your plane ticket now, and go. Having just returned from a month-long internship there I would encourage all that are eager to serve with an authentic organization, in genuine ministry that affects the daily lives of those in the community to join Misión Hispana in this endeavor.

While in Nicaragua you will minister to people through areas like Children’s ministry, medical clinics, discipleship, sports clubs, and English language classes all centered in the newly constructed Hope Center that serves as the hub of ministry for Misión Hispana.

You will also grow in relationship with God by trusting Him daily for His constant provision in a way that only takes place when we are moved from our comfort zones.

How to Prepare for an Internship with Misión Hispana:
• Keep your Passport with you at all times
• Pray about your trip, what God would have you do, and the finances necessary to get you there
• Learn common Spanish phrases, although translators are readily available, it is nice to be able to communicate on your own occasionally
• Go expecting God to do great things in you and through you!
