About Mision Hispana
Mision Hispana Mission Society, Inc. was established in November of 2005 by Paul & Thania Heier and
Chris Rozycki. Their focus is to share the hope of Jesus, social services, evangelism and discipleship, and leadership training.

Pastor Paul Heier D.Min has served as a pastor, college professor, teacher, and consultant. He
completed his doctoral project on how to effectively train Nicaraguan church leaders. His book entitled,
Leading Out of Love, received outstanding reviews and is currently available in English and Spanish. His
other books are available at lulu.com. The Lord has given Paul a great love for the people of Central
America. Paul also works with The Center for Discipleship Studies which promotes discipleship and biblical
ministry training through distance learning and the internet. Paul currently serves as the director of
Mision Hispana.
Thania Heier was born in Nicaragua. God called her to return to Central America and to reach out to her
own people. She has a passion for missions and completed her bachelor’s degree in missions leadership at
Logos Christian College. Thania longs to see people become passionate about God. She is in charge of
children's ministry and teaches personal evangelism.

Chris Rozycki is Director of Media Communications with Mision
Hispana. He currently works in Memphis, Tennessee, while serving with Mision Hispana. His desire is to see
the youth of Nicaragua come to know Christ while using the social services model. His long-term goal is to
start an orphanage in Nicaragua with Mision Hispana.

Anna Terry lives near Memphis, Tennessee, with her husband, Mike,
and children, Reid and Natalie. She loves to be involved in missions, helping Mision Hispana with
administrative work, and helping mobilize churches for missions. She and her husband run
Visiting Angels, a senior homecare service in Memphis.

Jose Thomas Rivas was born in Boaco, Nicaragua. He is 21 years old and is
the Director of Mision Hispana-Nicaragua. His desire is to help others come to know Christ.
He is the Pastor and Director of discipleship in Tecolostote at the Hope Center.

Richard Ramos
is 22 years old and is from Orlando, Florida, but was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
His parents are Columbian and he speaks fluent Spanish. He has been to Nicaragua twice for
missions trips and he believes God has called him to work in Nicaragua. He will be studying
to get his Bachelors Degree in Ministry with World Hope School of Ministry in Nicaragua. He
will also be working with the children and teaching discipleship classes to the teens and will
participate with the social services of the Mision Hispana team.

Current Nicaraguan interns: Fatima, Myledi, Victor, Wilmur, Melissa, Hilda, and Ramon.
They help Mision Hispana in discipleship,social services, and participation in church.
